PE250 and finally a Husky 390 WR. It ate me in 1980 and spouse suggested the injuries were not so good. So...stopped riding until the kids gave me riding for the 63rd birthday.

resurecting, a 1983 Honda XR200R that is called Frankenbike due to the conglomeration of parts we used to build it, and the Sachs?Hodaka project.
Am 66 years old semi-retired Architect. Wife suggested I get out
of the house and find something constructive to do, so I help local A/E firm w/QA, specs and CA. Am moving to Shreveport, La as soon as the house sells and start a small practice in Construction Defects Analysis.
Kids live in Eureka Springs, Ar and will visit them and look for a place to ride. SLOW cause of various maladies.

Clasen. Habe Sie in Zwickau beim MZ Treffen gesehen und mich gefreut wie fit und jung man nach so vielen Jahren Endurosport sein kann. Ich betreibe diesen Sport nun auch seit 20Jahren(bin jetzt 35 Jahre).Habe damals in
der ehemaligen DDR mit MZ Motorrädern teils Seriennah diesen Sport ausgeübt.Wir wurden in den 80er Jahren im Rahmen der GST mehrmaliger DDR Meister im Motorradmehrkampf.Haben Sie auch schon Erfahrung auf alten MZ
sammeln können?Ich habe mich in der heutigen Zeit auf das Sammeln von alten Enduromaschienen speziell MZ verschrieben. Ich sammle auch inmteressante ältere (zumindest für mich)Sportmaschienen. Habe jetzt unter anderem
eine 87er 500er KTM Enduro erstanden.Da ist zum Beispiel der Motor( Vergaser) und der Dämpfer nicht ganz Astrein .Ist da vielleicht noch etwas im Fundus vorrätig.Ich schicke auch gerne mal wenn Interesse besteht von
unseren Motorrädern ein par Bilder.Gibt es vielleicht bei euch in Canada interessante Motorräder.Ich freue mich auf Antwort und hoffe auf Bald.Sehen wir uns vkielleicht in Zschopau.Mit sportlichen Grüßen Thomas aus Good
